We begin at Anija Manor, where history and landscape meet.

- Discover how estates have shaped local life and landscape over centuries
- Enjoy time at the manor café, part of the Northern Estonia food network
- Taste refined local flavours in a historic setting
🌱 Herbalist’s Garden – knowledge and wellbeing
Next, we visit a plant expert’s home garden, where plants are more than decoration – they are knowledge.
- Explore a diverse medicinal and edible plant garden
- Learn about traditional uses and modern applications
- Enjoy herbal drinks and natural flavours prepared on site
🌲 Nature Guide’s Home & Forest Garden – wild and authentic
The journey continues to a nature guide’s home, where the garden meets the forest.
- Walk through a home garden shaped by seasons and everyday life
- Step into the forest to discover wild edible plants and natural ingredients
- Learn how to recognise what can be gathered, tasted and used
We finish with a homemade countryside meal, inspired by the season and forest:
- warm soup
- homemade bread
- herb butter and pesto
- and a simple, delicious homemade cake
